You earn your full commission on every booking, just as you normally would. Globe Thrivers sends you pre-qualified leads who are already planning a trip and requesting expert help. We simply take a 20% platform fee on the commission you earn, billed after the trip is booked.
No upfront costs, no subscription required.

Once a booking is confirmed and commission is received on your end, Globe Thrivers invoices you for our 20% platform fee. You keep 80% of your commission. Simple, transparent, and aligned with your success.

Yes. To join Globe Thrivers as an advisor, you must have a valid industry identifier (IATA, TIDS, ARC, or CLIA) or be affiliated with a host agency that provides one.

Your Globe Thrivers profile is your digital storefront. Use it to highlight what makes you the right advisor to book with, your expertise, regional knowledge, certifications, preferred partners, and any traveler benefits you can access.
The more clearly you communicate your value, the more likely travelers are to request your help. Think of your profile as your marketing hub: this is where you “sell” your style, strengths, and specialties.

Yes. You can add your TikToks, Reels, blog posts, past itineraries, and saved spots directly to your Globe Thrivers profile. Everything lives in one place, making it easy for travelers to explore your full body of work and plan trips from your recommendations.

During onboarding, advisors complete a detailed profile where you share your background, expertise, preferred destinations, specialties, and minimum trip requirements. Travelers fill out a similar trip request form when they submit a new itinerary.
For general trip requests, our team manually reviews both sides and matches the traveler with the best-fit advisor based on style, region, expertise, and budget. This ensures high alignment and high conversion.
If a traveler lands directly on your Globe Thrivers profile and submits a request, those leads go straight to you, no matchmaking needed. You always receive any traveler who chooses you directly.

Once your profile is live and your credentials are verified, you’ll be added to our Advisor Waitlist.
As soon as we begin onboarding the next cohort, our team will reach out to schedule your onboarding session. After onboarding, you can immediately start receiving qualified leads and earning through the platform.
